Plumbing Service Agreements

 Ever had a leaky faucet, stopped up drain, or wonder if your water heater was operating at top efficiency? Most of us have. Wouldn't  it be nice to have someone check all of your plumbing needs once a year and to make minor repairs on the spot?  This is just what your PLUMBING SERVICE AGREEMENT is designed to do. With routine maintenance on your entire plumbing system, those minor irratations will disappear.

  If an unexpected problem were to come up during the year you will receive priority service, as a Service Agreement customer. You will also receive a discount on all labor and materials necessary to make the repair.

                      Once a year we will:

1. Dye test all toilets for leaks                         

2. Check all faucets for leaks                         

3. Check all exposed water supply lines       

4. Check all sink piping   

5. Check all fixture drains    

6. Check all fixture drains   

7.  Check all emergency shut-off valves.  

8. Flush water heater and inspect for leaks
